Returns and Repairs
To request an RMA to return goods for repair or credit, please
download and print this RMA form.
After completing the form, please fax it to (203) 483-9024. Once
received, CyberResearch will fax or email you a RMA number authorizing the
return. The product must arrive at CyberResearch within 14 days of
issuance. After this time period the RMA number will expire and a new number
must be requested.
